Currently, E&D is made up of 75 people.

In the field:

Enfants&Development sends education, health, and development professionals to the sites of our projects on a voluntary basis. The expatriate, helped by a local team in contact with the headquarters, supervises the project in collaboration with the local partners and authorities. This person carries out the planning of activities and the technical follow-up, both financial and administrative.

E&D volunteers (8 currently) are responsible for respecting our principles and methods of intervention. Their role is crucial. They are assisted by local teams composed of professionals from the targeted country, currently totalling 42 people.

In France , our project in the Loire valley to fight against violence and exclusion has 9 salaried workers.

At our headquarters:

The strategic planning, administrative and financial management of the association, coordination, and the technical and financial follow-up of the projects are carried out by salaried workers (9 currently) and volunteers (7 currently).
